## The lake by car Lake Como is best discovered from behind the wheel: the road along the shore passes the historic villas and leads to Cernobbio, [Bellagio](place:bellagio), [Menaggio](place:menaggio) and [Varenna](place:varenna). The roads are narrow and full of bends, best taken slowly: a convertible such as the [Ferrari Portofino](car:ferrari-portofino) or the [Bentley Continental GTC](car:bentley-continental-gtc) is perfect on sunny days, while an SUV such as the [Range Rover Sport](car:range-rover-sport) is more comfortable if you travel with family or a lot of luggage. From our base near Milan we deliver all over Italy.

For those arriving by plane: Milan Malpensa and Milan Linate. The car can wait for you at the terminal. Delivered to your villa or hotel on the lake. From our base in Vaprio d’Adda it is about 45 km as the crow flies. Return is easy too: we collect the car at the place you choose. Italy, other destinations: Cinque Terre, Sorrento and Sanremo. Rates are confirmed in writing, on request: tell us dates and place and we reply in 10 minutes on average.
