From Vaprio d’Adda, near Milan, the car travels to you by hand, anywhere in Italy. ## The lake by car Lake Como is best discovered from behind the wheel: the road along the shore passes the historic villas and leads to Cernobbio, [Bellagio](place:bellagio), [Menaggio](place:menaggio) and [Varenna](place:varenna). The roads are narrow and full of bends, best taken slowly: a convertible such as the [Ferrari Portofino](car:ferrari-portofino) or the [Bentley Continental GTC](car:bentley-continental-gtc) is perfect on sunny days, while an SUV such as the [Range Rover Sport](car:range-rover-sport) is more comfortable if you travel with family or a lot of luggage.
In a straight line, about 45 km separate it from our base in Vaprio d’Adda. When you are done, we collect the car where you prefer.
